Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you order from Lets Go Uptown. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear and lingerie
- Accessories
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at queensfashion@ymail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at queensfashion@ymail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
